Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 beaten egg
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. mashed banana
    1/4 c. melted shortening
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Combine egg, milk, banana and lemon juice.
    Add vanilla.
    Incorporate wet ingredients with dry ingredients.
    Pour into loaf pan (large); spray with Pam and dust with flour.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in a preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until cake tester comes out clean.
