Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. All-Season salt
    1 Tbsp. grated minced onion
    1 1/2 c. pecans (1/2 in mixture and 1/2 to roll)
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Soften cheese.
    Drain pineapple.
    Chop pecans.
    Mix all ingredients, except for 1/2 of the pecans.
    Form into ball and roll in remaining nuts.
