Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 to 5 lb.) hen or fryer
    1/2 c. chicken fat
    1 pod garlic
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. Season-All or seasoned salt
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 can Italian tomatoes
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. celery salt
    1 bay leaf
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. grated cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Simmer hen or fryer with bay leaf, salt and pepper.
    Pull meat off bones (skim off fat).
    Melt fat in skillet; add chopped vegetables and cook until tender.
    Add other seasonings, tomatoes, tomato sauce and chicken and simmer a few minutes.
    Cook spaghetti and drain (I cook it in my broth).
    Put all ingredients in a casserole dish and add enough broth to make moist.
    Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until hot.
