Chocolate Haystacks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 stick margarine
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 c. Quick oats
    1 c. coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine sugar, cocoa, milk, margarine, and salt in sauce pan. Cook to soft ball stage.
    Remove from heat add oatmeal, coconut, vanilla, and nuts.
    Mix well.
    Drop from teaspoon onto waxed paper.
    Cool.
