Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    2 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    pinch of salt
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 (3 1/4 oz.) can coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 unbaked pie shells
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
    Add salt and eggs, one at a time, beating well.
    Stir in milk, coconut and vanilla.
    Pour in unbaked shells.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
