Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. round steak, cut into thin strips or 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 cups cooked egg noodles or 2 cups cooked rice
Preparation

Brown steak or ground chuck and onion in butter.
Stir in soup, water, sour cream, and paprika.
Cover and cook over low heat for 45 minutes or until meat is tender.
Stir often.
Serve over noodles or rice.
Serves 6.
