Ham And Wild Rice Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 3/4 c. water
2/3 c. wild rice (uncooked)
1 1/4 c. diced cooked ham
1/2 c. minced celery
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
1/4 c. finely chopped purple onion
1/4 c. dried apricot halves
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. sherry vinegar
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
Preparation

Combine water and wild rice in a medium saucepan and bring to boil.
Cover, reduce heat and simmer 1 hour or until rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
