Cashew Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boned chicken breasts
    cornstarch
    cashews
    garlic, minced
    6 green onions, chopped
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced
    1/4 to 1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/8 c. white wine
    1/2 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Cut chicken into bite size pieces; dredge in cornstarch.
    Brown lightly in oil.
    Add green onions, garlic and water chestnuts; stir-fry.
    Mix soy sauce, white wine and chicken broth.
    Pour over chicken and stir.
    Thicken with 1 tablespoon cornstarch.
    Continue cooking for 10 minutes.
    Serve over hot rice; sprinkle with cashews.
    Serves 4.
