Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. butter cracker crumbs
3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Drain pineapple, reserving 3 tablespoons juice.
Combine sugar and flour; stir in reserved juice.
Add cheese and pineapple chunks, mixing well.
Spoon mixture into greased 1-quart casserole.
Combine butter and cracker crumbs; sprinkle over pineapple.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes, or until browned.
