Easy Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. molasses, honey or brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce

Preparation

Cook onion and garlic in butter until tender.
Add remaining ingredients; bring to boil.
Makes 1 1/4 cups.
Good on baked chicken.
