Mrs. Frank Graham'S Pound Cake(Mother Of Rev. Billy Graham) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. granulated sugar
3 3/4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
3 sticks butter
8 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. mace or flavoring of your choice
1/2 pt. heavy cream
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Beat butter, sugar and egg mixture thoroughly.
Blend in flour, sifted with salt and baking powder,
gradually, mixing well.
Add mace and blend thoroughly.
Then slowly add heavy cream and mix well.
Turn batter into large 10-inch tube pan and bake in slow oven at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until cake tests done.
