Macaroni And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. elbow macaroni
    9 c. water
    4 1/2 Tbsp. butter (1 block)
    4 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    3/8 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 large can evaporated milk
    1 (16 oz.) block Kraft American cheese
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Cook macaroni in water until tender.
    Do not add salt.
    Drain. Melt butter in small pan.
    Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
    Add milk slowly. Cook, stirring constantly, until blended.
    Grate cheese and put 1 cup of cheese aside for topping of casserole. Add remaining grated cheese to milk, cooking and stirring until melted. Blend together cheese sauce and macaroni; place in casserole dish. Sprinkle 1 cup grated cheese over macaroni casserole. Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven until cheese on top is browned.
