Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes
    6 carrots
    1 c. celery
    3 onions
    2 lb. stew meat
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 (17 oz.) can tomatoes
Preparation
    Chop vegetables; mix everything raw and put in roaster (you can brown meat first or put in raw).
    Cover and bake at 250\u00b0 for 3 to 4 hours.
