Italian Roast - Crock-Pot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. pot roast
    3 to 4 garlic cloves, minced
    1 can olives, cut in half
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    2 onions, cut in quarters
    3 to 4 bouillon cubes
    2 carrots (large pieces)
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    1 c. Burgundy wine
Preparation
    Put everything in crock-pot on low for 8 to 10 hours.
    Serve over noodles or rice.
    Easy; really good meal.
