Ingredients
    45 lb. potatoes (fresh), peeled and cut as desired
    cold water to cover
    3 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Fifty-five fresh potatoes will yield 45 pounds of French fry potatoes.
    Soak cut potatoes in cold water.
    Drain as ready to fry. Fry in deep-fat at 350\u00b0 until brown.
