Old Fashioned Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. raisins
    2 c. water
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. butter or oleo
Preparation
    Combine raisins and water.
    Boil for 5 minutes.
    Blend sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and salt.
    Add to raisins and cook, stirring until clear.
    Remove from heat and stir in vinegar and butter. Turn into pastry.
    Line pan and cover with top pastry or lattice strips.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
