Aunt Betty'S Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. ground beef
    1 to 2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. ketchup
    1 small onion, peeled, ends removed and chopped
    1/4 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 tsp. Lawry's seasoning salt
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients together.
    Transfer mixture to 9 x 5 loaf pan.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake for 1 hour.
    Uncover and bake 15 minutes more. Remove from oven and drain excess fat.
    Makes 4 servings.
