Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box zwiebach, rolled out fine
3 Tbsp. melted butter
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
pinch of salt
1 lb. cream cheese
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
4 egg yolks
1 c. heavy cream, whipped (1/2 pt.)
4 egg whites, stiff
Preparation

Cream together sugar, flour, salt, cream cheese, lemon juice and egg yolks.
Fold in whipped cream and then egg whites.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for one hour.
Cool in oven for one hour.
