Saucy Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. unpared zucchini, thinly sliced (4 c.)
    2 medium onions, thinly sliced (1 c.)
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. buttered bread cubes
Preparation
    Cook zucchini and onion in small amount boiling water until tender.
    In saucepan, melt oleo, blend in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk all at once.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.
    Combine sauce with drained vegetables.
    Place in a casserole dish.
    Top with shredded cheese and buttered bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
