Poke Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked poke
    1 box Minute rice, cooked 3 minutes
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 can mushroom soup
    2 c. water
    1 jar Cheez Whiz
Preparation
    Cook
    rice
    in
    water
    according to package directions. Drain poke.
    Saute
    onion
    in butter.
    Add all ingredients in baking dish.
    Save
    a little of the Cheez Whiz and put on top. Bake until bubbly in oven at 350\u00b0.
