Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    3/4 c. tomato juice
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    3 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except sour cream and 1/4 teaspoon of oregano.
    Form into small balls; cook in skillet, turning to brown evenly.
    Remove to serving dish.
    Make gravy by adding water to skillet, scraping bits of browned meat from bottom of pan.
    Add sour cream and oregano.
    Heat until mixture is hot; pour over meatballs.
