Banana Punch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

46 oz. can pineapple juice
2 c. orange juice
juice of 2 lemons
5 bananas
6 c. water
4 c. sugar
Preparation

Combine water and sugar; bring to a boil.
Remove from heat to cool.
Blend bananas in a blender with lemon juice.
Add to remaining juices.
Add water/sugar mixture and put in a container to freeze.
Thaw to a slushy stage and add 2 quarts of 7-Up.
