Double Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. shortening (Crisco)
    1 c. peanut butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 (12 oz.) pkg. peanut butter chips
Preparation
    Cream butter, shortening, peanut butter, sugars and eggs in a large bowl.
    Blend in flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Stir in peanut butter chips and shape into 1-inch balls.
    Place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 350\u00b0.
