Coconut Bonbons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. powdered sugar
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    1 (14 oz.) bag coconut
    1 (12 oz.) semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
    2 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation
    Mix together first three ingredients and put in refrigerator. When firm, roll into balls and return to refrigerator.
    Combine in double boiler chocolate chips and shortening.
    When melted, dip balls in chocolate and place on waxed paper.
