Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. consomme soup
    1/4 c. butter
    1 c. converted rice
    8 oz. mushrooms
Preparation
    Place rice in bottom of ovenproof dish.
    Add soup, butter and mushrooms.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for approximately 50 minutes or until rice is tender.
