Tomatoes, Corn And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can drained sweet corn or fresh corn
    1 pt. canned tomatoes
    1/2 lb. low-fat cottage cheese
    1 Tbsp. cracker crumbs
    1 Tbsp. butter or Butter Buds
Preparation
    Put a layer of corn in a buttered baking dish, layer of tomatoes, layer of cheese and repeat.
    Sprinkle cracker crumbs over top. Dot with butter and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
