Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium apples, sliced
3 tsp. cinnamon
3 Tbsp. sugar
3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
2 c. sugar
1 c. cooking oil
1/4 c. orange juice
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
Preparation

Mix apples, 3 tablespoons
sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
Mix flour, baking powder and 2 cups sugar.
Mix oil, orange juice, vanilla and eggs.
Add together.
Put a layer of batter in pan, then layer of apple mixture.
Put batter on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
