Editor'S Choice Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs until they are light and fluffy.
    Add pineapple and juice, flour, sugars and baking soda. Mix these ingredients well by hand (if you use an electric mixer, too much air is beaten in).
    Then stir in walnuts and spread the contents of the bowl evenly in an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 or 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
    After the cake cools, cover it with Cream Cheese Ginger Frosting, then sprinkle some additional walnuts on top.
