Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (29 oz.) can sweet potatoes
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Place undrained sweet potatoes in saucepan.
    Cook over low heat until heated through; drain.
    Combine with next 5 ingredients in mixer bowl.
    Beat until fluffy.
    Spoon into greased 8 x 8-inch pan.
