Ingredients

1 large pkg. stuffing mix
1 stick butter or margarine
1 small onion
2 celery stalks
1 clove garlic
2 large jars apricot baby food
1 c. hot water
Preparation

Chop onion, celery and garlic.
Melt butter in frying pan.
Add onion, celery and garlic.
Cook until onion is clear in color and celery is tender.
Be careful not to burn garlic.
Pour over stuffing mix.
Add water and baby food.
Mix until moist.
Add more water, if necessary.
Stuff bird and cook as directed.
