Vegetable-Beef Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 Tbsp. salad oil
6 bouillon cubes
6 c. boiling water
4 c. diced tomatoes (or canned)
2 c. cubed potatoes
2 c. diced celery
onions (optional)
1 c. grated carrots
1 c. green beans
1 c. diced zucchini
1 c. shredded cabbage
1/4 c. parsley
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Brown beef in oil.
Add bouillon cubes, then boiling water. Cover and bring to boil.
Then simmer gently until done.
This soup is superb.
Stores well and freezes well in tightly covered containers.
Makes 3 to 4 quarts.
