Pumpkin Raisin Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cooking oil
4 eggs, lightly beaten
2/3 c. water
2 c. mashed cooked pumpkin
3 1/3 c. presifted flour
3 1/3 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. seedless raisins
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour 3 (8 1/2-inch) loaf pans.
Combine oil, eggs, water and pumpkin.
Into mixing bowl sift together dry ingredients.
Make a well in center and add pumpkin mixture.
Blend just until dry ingredients are moistened. Stir in pecans and raisins.
Turn batter into pans and bake in preheated oven for about 1 hour.
Makes 3 loaves.
