Apple-Nut Pie* * * * * - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. sugar (granulated)
1/2 c. flour, sifted
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 apple, diced
3/4 c. pecans, chopped
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract

Preparation

The gratin recipe must have come when we were living in Germany about the early sixties.
My reason for saying that is because it was then I first tasted kielbasa.
