Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
4 large potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Tony's seasoning
1 large onion, diced
1 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Combine beef, onions and seasoning in skillet and cook until onions are transparent.
Add cream of mushroom soup and mix together.
Remove from heat, peel and slice potatoes.
Layer potatoes and meat mixture in greased casserole dish.
Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Remove from oven and cover with cheese.
Return to oven and melt the cheese.
