Oyster Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 loaves day old bread
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/3 c. finely chopped celery
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    5 eggs, beaten
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. sage
    2 3/4 to 3 1/4 c. turkey broth (from turkey)
    1 qt. oysters, drained
Preparation
    Tear bread in pieces and place in greased baking pan.
    Combine eggs and milk, mixing well.
    Add egg mixture, onion, celery and seasoning to bread; mix well to evenly coat bread.
    Add enough broth to moisten bread thoroughly.
    Add oysters and mix well. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Remove cover and bake an additional 35 to 45 minutes or until set.
