Banana Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sliced bananas
1/3 c. pineapple juice
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 (8-inch) pie crust
Preparation

Soak bananas in pineapple and lemon juice for 20 minutes. Drain and save juice. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on bananas. Toss lightly and put in pastry pie shell.
