Ingredients

1 pkg. devil's food cake mix
1 pkg. peanut butter chips
1 pkg. chocolate chips
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 1/2 to 1 3/4 c. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
2 to 3 Tbsp. milk
Preparation

Bake cake as directed on box; set aside to cool.
Cream the butter; add sifted powdered sugar, one cup at a time, until blended.
Add vanilla and milk.
You may need to add a little more milk for creamier frosting. Chop peanut butter and chocolate chips together in food processor.
Frost first layer.
Sprinkle with chips.
Add next layer.
Frost whole cake.
Sprinkle chips on top and press chips to sides.
