Cinnamon Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 slices fresh white bread, trimmed
    2 sticks melted margarine
    16 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cream together egg yolks, cream cheese and sugar.
    Spread mixture generously on each slice of bread and roll-up.
    Brush rolled bread with 2 sticks of melted margarine.
    Then roll each roll-up in cinnamon-sugar mixture (3 tablespoons sugar to 1 tablespoon cinnamon).
    Can be frozen at this point.
    This recipe fits an 11 x 14-inch pan perfectly.
    Take out and bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Do not thaw before baking.
    This is a great recipe for Christmas morning.
