Pumpkin Raisin Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 Cups flour
    1/2 Cup sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1/2 Cup golden raisins
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 Cup milk
    1/2 Cup canned solid pack pumpkin
    1/4 Cup butter or margarine, melted
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400.
    Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and spices; place in mixing bowl.
    Stir in raisins.
    Combine egg, milk, pumpkin and melted butter.
    Add wet ingredients all at once to sifted mixture, mixing only until combined.
    Fill greased muffin pans 2/3 full; sprinkle with 2 1/2 tsp. sugar mixed with 1/2 tsp. cinnamon.
    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
