Baked Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. shortening
2 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. catsup
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
pinch of oregano
pinch of thyme
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 small can tomato paste
1 c. tomato juice
1 (1 lb.) pkg. lasagna noodles, cooked
1 lb. Swiss cheese
1 lb. Cheddar
grated Parmesan
Preparation

Brown onion in shortening; add ground beef and simmer until beef changes color.
Add salt, pepper, oregano, thyme and chili powder.
Stir in tomato paste, tomato juice and catsup.
Arrange alternate layers of meat sauce and noodles (noodles cooked) and cheese in a greased casserole.
Sprinkle top with Parmesan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Makes 8 to 12 servings.
