Mashed Potato Casserole(Twice Baked) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 7 potatoes, mashed
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    6 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
    3 Tbsp. dry Ranch dressing
Preparation
    Boil and mash potatoes.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Put in a casserole; put in oven on low heat, depending on when you are ready to eat.
    This saves mashing the potatoes the last minute. Can also use broccoli.
