Fillet Of Sole With Herb Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sole fillets
    1/4 tsp. rosemary
    1/4 tsp. fennel seed
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1 clove chopped garlic
    1 tsp. lemon rind
    4 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Combine seasonings with softened butter.
    Refrigerate 8 hours. Spread butter on fillets and bake as usual.
