Ingredients

    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Stir and refrigerate immediately.
