Horseradish Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. process cheese, cut into cubes
    1 c. mayo
    1/2 c. horseradish
    assorted crackers
Preparation
    Melt cheese in the top of a double boiler.
    Remove from heat. Pour into a small crock or ceramic bowl.
    Chill.
    Serve with crackers.
    Makes 2 1/2 cups.
