Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/3 c. flour
    4 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 to 3 c. broccoli
    1 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Saute the margarine and onion.
    Stir in the flour.
    Slowly blend in the milk, salt, pepper and dry mustard.
    Heat to boiling; stir often.
    Add the broccoli, that has been partially boiled and drained.
    Add the cheese.
    Serve or let set 2 to 3 hours to blend flavors and reheat.
