Mother'S Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. cream cheese
    8 oz. Old English cheese
    4 oz. Smokey cheese spread
    4 oz. Blue cheese
    1 c. pecans, finely chopped
    parsley, freshly chopped
Preparation
    Remove cheese from refrigerator and let warm to room temperature.
    Mix cheese and onion with mixer until combined. Form into a ball.
    Roll in chopped pecans and parsley.
    Cover and refrigerate until firm.
    Serve with crackers.
