Boneless Chicken With Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. boneless chicken breasts, skinless
1 can mushroom soup
1 soup can milk
3/4 c. rice
1 small container mushrooms, sliced
1 envelope dry onion soup
Preparation

Blend soup and milk.
Reserve 1/2 cup of mixture.
Stir together remaining soup mixture with the rice, mushrooms and half the onion soup mix.
Pour into ungreased baking dish.
Arrange chicken on rice mixture.
Pour reserved soup mixture over chicken and sprinkle with remaining onion soup mix.
Cover and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Uncover and bake 15 more minutes.
