Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 c. milk, scalded
1 c. bread cubes
1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

Combine sugar, salt, vanilla, butter, cinnamon and egg.
Add milk slowly, while stirring.
Add bread cubes and raisins.
Mix thoroughly.
Sit in pan of warm water.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 1 hour or until inserted knife comes out clean.
Cool. Serve with cream.
Makes 4 servings.
