Easy Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope Knox unflavored gelatine
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. boiling water
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 tsp. vanilla
    9-inch graham cracker crust
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix gelatine with sugar.
    Add boiling water; stir until gelatine is dissolved.
    With electric mixer, beat in cream cheese and vanilla until smooth.
    Pour into prepared crust. Chill until firm.
