Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 to 8 oz. spaghetti
8 oz. fresh mushrooms
4 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
2 c. chicken broth
1 c. light cream or evaporated milk
3 Tbsp. sherry (if desired)
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
dash of pepper
3 c. cooked, cubed chicken or turkey
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook spaghetti as directed on package; drain.
In large skillet, cook mushrooms in 2 tablespoons margarine until tender. Add to spaghetti.
Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
